Keeping Kids Safe & Healthy
Health & Wellness
Camp Willow, follows all American Camp Association health and safety standards. Our Registered Camp Nurses are on-site and are available around the clock to provide care. If your camper requires daily medication, our Camp Nurse will administer and log each dose individually, with all medications securely stored in our Health Center.
Prior to your camper’s arrival, all families are required to complete Health and Wellness forms to provide the most up-to-date information. This helps us to prepare and insure the best medical care for your child while at camp.

Meals
All meals and snacks are included in your camper’s tuition. Our dedicated kitchen team is committed to providing fresh, delicious, nutritious, low sugar meals. Our campsite kitchen is known in the camp community to have the best food. They grow their own fruits and veggies and make freshly baked goods daily that keep our campers energized, focused and ready for adventure throughout the day.
Campers enjoy three wholesome meals daily, along with healthy snacks and occasional special treats. We are happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets with advance notice to ensure proper planning.
If your child has a significant food allergy or dietary concern that could affect their camp experience, please contact a Director to discuss accommodations. Please note: Camp Willow is not a nut or allergen-free facility, and all meals are prepared in shared kitchen and prep spaces
